My HR was averaging at 96% and I was hitting 103% of HRmax (I was doing pretty bad). Tour de Cure itself is not a race so I don't think time records will be handed out at the end. Since this is the first time I will be riding within a group, my modest goal is to just complete it under 02:30 with proper rest stops and assuming the 9am ride will be much cooler.
